Welcome to our ever growing Adult Flag Football Leagues. This year we will be offering our 8 game adult leagues on both Monday and Friday evenings. Each league night will be split into Upper and Lower Divisions with an end of season tournament for each division. Throughout each season we will be having special events held on those nights and will offer regular drink and food specials.
All of our flag football games have 20 minute running halves (2 minute stopped clock at end of halves) with all teams playing 7 v 7. We follow the USFTL Rules and use only Certified Referees. In addition, all REF FEES ARE INCLUDED in your team fees. |
