For your convenience we provide downloadable and printable forms as well as copies of our schedules and general policies. Please note that all individuals and teams must sign and submit the appropriate waiver form before being allowed to use the facility.

General Policies

To prevent excessive damage to our fields, we do not permit the use of metal cleats or studs of any variety. All outdoor soccer shoes, turf shoes and running shoes are permitted.
 
1. The person registering a team as coordinator MUST be 18 years old and responsible for full payment of team fees.
2. River's Edge Indoor Sports will take individual payments from team members and apply those to any team. However, the team contact/coordinator is still responsible for full payment.
3. All team fees are due by the start of the second game.
4. Please register carefully. There are no refunds after a class, tournament, camp or league has begun.
5. Schedules will be available for teams who have paid fees in full and who have submitted complete roster/waiver forms.
6. All teams must provide an alternate set of jerseys or pinnies. In the event of a conflict of jersey colors, the first team listed will change jerseys.
7. Shin guards are MANDATORY for any player under 18 years old and highly recommended for all players.
8. No one under 16 can play on an adult team.
9. A proof of age must be available upon request for all ages.
10. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply after one reschedule per session.
11. A $25 service charge for each returned check.
12. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.
13. Teams are not considered officially enrolled in any tournament or league program until a full deposit (minimum of 25% of balance due) has been received.
14. All Clubs, Teams and Leagues are responsible for the conduct of their players and will be held accountable and will be held accountable for any damages caused by their members.
15. There is to be no playing with Soccer balls or any other sporting apparatus (Lacrosse balls & sticks, Frisbees etc) outside of the designated field areas. Any equipment lost into 'staff only' accessible areas is subject to permanent confiscation.
16. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited within the facility.
17. Aggressive, lewd or otherwise inappropriate behavior is cause for ejection and banning from the facility.
18. Except for the purposes of player rehydration outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility.
19. The staff of River's Edge Indoor Sports are not trained to deal with medical emergency. In such an event you should call 911 and alert the nearest staff member for basic assistance.
